I staved off a panic attack last night by doing housework until after midnight.
Today another one of Julien’s teachers decided to act like an ass. Here we go again. The English and Economics teachers are about to be dragged into another meeting where they were learn first hand that when a student turns in “A” work consistently you aren’t allowed to give them an “F” because of excused absences. The economics teacher has made it clear that she doesn’t like it when students are absent and still get good grades because it means she might not be necessary to the education process. I can’t think of anything more absurd but I guess she is going to have to have it painted out by number how absurd it actually is.
On top of dealing with that today, S.O. came in and began harassing me for being “two days behind” on a work project. Uh, first off, I don’t touch the work until we have been paid because $36,000.00 in UNPAID work – taught me that the hard way. He got the check this afternoon… I started working on it this afternoon. It didn’t take long to do but it was a new form I wasn’t familiar with. Instead of working WITH me on it – he blew a fuse because I didn’t need him to teach me how to use hot keys (duh, I’m the one who taught HIM)… long story short I was once again told he would “quit” the business and that I could take my “whiny ass on down the road.” The latter of which he said to me as he fucked around on the motorcycle of his father’s that he is restoring.
So, let’s get this straight… he’s pissed at ME, I’m WORKING, and he’s playing around with a fucking motorcycle.
Yep, seems fair to me.
My dad was here when this went down. S.O. scored major son-in-law points with that one. And, here I sit, blood pressure going up, chest pains, attempting to stave off yet another anxiety attack.
I’m going to go take a bubble bath and drink.

Gee, sounds to me like the economics teacher ISN’T necessary to the learning process. What a douche.
Hope the bubble bath and drink works its magic.

The teacher ISN’T necessary to the process! Fucking tool. A good teacher is worth their weight in platinum. Literally. THOSE are the ones who are necessary.
I hope the bath and drinks help. If not, get a Nook. Worked wonders for me.
And maybe some karaoke.
